Meditation is a wonderful practice that was developed with the purpose to enhance attention, awareness, promote calmness and a mentally clear and emotionally stable state.
Meditation was first developed in India. The oldest documented evidence of the practice of meditation is wall arts in the Indian subcontinent from approximately 5,000 to 3,500 BCE.
In recent years the popularity of meditation is widely increasing as more and more people discover the benefits that come along with meditative practices; focus, attention, direction, control of thought and awareness of self and environment.
Understandably, meditation is practised so to reduce stress, control anxiety, promote general emotional and physical health and assist a balanced lifestyle.
Meditation can be practised by anyone, anywhere, at any time. You are in control!
It allows you to recentre and recalibrate, to find peace and calmness and connect with your higher self!

During the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic, my dear friend Nadine has introduced me to the wonderful and wise Deepak Chopra and the 21 Days Abundance Meditation Program.
The program had a profound and powerful impact on me.
Thank you, Nadine, for your generosity, insight and kind heart.
I received the 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge from my wonderful friend Nadine on Whatsapp!
On Day 5 I began inviting people into a group to share the message, frequency, and miracles!
I created these pages out of pure enthusiasm and gratitude and for reference for all those wonderful individuals like my friend Nadine that need an easy way to share with their group of beautiful souls!
So this is a point of reference for those of you who are already familiar and had access to the material.
I later realised that the program is for sale by the Chopra Center and no longer free.
